The Advantages of a BMW Lease
If you love driving a new vehicle but don’t love the higher monthly payments of buying new, leasing is a great option. When you sign a lease contract, instead of owning the car, you’re essentially renting it for the fixed amount of time of your lease agreement (typically 36 months). Payments are lower because you’re paying only for the depreciation of the car while you have it, instead of the full cost of the car.
When you lease, you also won’t have the large initial down payment of buying. You can opt for a small down payment to lower your monthly payments, or no down payment at all. You’ll also pay no upfront sales tax charges and have lower out-of-pocket costs on vehicle maintenance, since your car will be under warranty for the entire time you drive it. Leasing is also great because you can keep up with the latest advancement in automobile safety and infotainment technology.
The Advantages of Financing a New BMW
Buying is the best option if you plan on driving your vehicle for a long time. If we’re offering one of our low or no interest financing deals, it’s even better. When you finance a new car, your monthly loan payments may be a bit higher than a lease payment, but they’ll eventually end. And when you’re finished paying them, you’ll own the car outright.
Buying a car means that at the end of your loan term, you have something to show for your money. You can keep the car for as long as you like, or you can sell the car for value. If you decide to keep your vehicle, that means you’ll be driving with no monthly payments at all. If you sell, you’ll have a nice amount of money to put towards the purchase of your next vehicle.
