Went in for a service today and came across an issue which may have been connected to a quality issue with the prior service at this location. I addressed my concern with the service manager and he resolved the dispute amicably and fairly. Great job, and way to treat a customer who has been loyal to BMW for more than a decade with 4 BMWs in the garage. Highly recommend this place.

Mr Middleton in the service department was very professional and kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle while being service. The service manager was also professional,he came over introduce himself and actually started the process while Mr Middleton was finishing up with another customer. Which is a rare for service managers. I happened to see Zack while there and he took time out of his busy day to answer a question or 2 for me. Hands down they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly while giving great customer service.

Nice waiting area though very close to showroom so I’m tempted. They keep you informed of the service, give you options on recommendations and clean the car afterwards. Some service reps have been there a long time, and other go in and out, but they are all good and look out for you.
They were friendly and fast, even offered assistance after if it wasn't fixed properly the first time.

We have received exceptional service from TommieO Middleton each time we visited BMW of Columbia service center. He is always quick to respond to our issues with the utmost care and concern. Tommieo also explains every detail of the work to be done and any answers our questions fully. He is a top notch professional and we wouldn’t want any other technician. We have dealt with many and a few of them don’t come close to Tommieo’s customer service standards and quality of service he provides. BMW of Columbia is a much better place with Tommieo Middleton.

Sure it took two months to get my car a new battery from Germany, but what the heck, they put me into a brand new X3 with about 500 miles on it. I put 3000 miles on it and drove from the Carolinas to Florida no questions asked. And gave me 50% off my alignment. So, they will remain #1 at the top of my list. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Bought a vehicle yesterday from here and was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of every staff member. I worked with Gary in sales and he was fantastic, I had not bought a car in a long time so was a bit nervous about the process. However, he put me at ease and I did not feel pressured or anxious at all. He was upfront about each step and followed through with all the details keeping me updated, very personable. For sales I like the dealership, but an oil change should not take 3 hours. Add the lack of communication as well, or updates.
Picked up a 2024 Mercedes GLS 450. We live in Charlotte,NC. All paper work done online. We had a very fluid, great experience from start to finish. We had a trade, got we wanted. Our sales person Mike was awesome, finance Manger was easy to work with. We found them to be friendly, transparent and helpful. We will definitely do business with them again.

Service advisor Brett has been available for my questions since I purchased my X3. This week my car would not crank as the battery had died. I recently bought a car here and I’m in love. Staff were amazing, Jeremy and Gary especially. Had an A/C problem on the way home with it and they still fixed it right away - without warranty. I’d say they are very reputable. Will recommend to others.

I took my X-1M-35 for its first maintenance call. I was welcomed upon arrival and shown where to meet the service technician. The “key” was scanned, paperwork was prepared and I was shown the waiting room. Within an hour and a half the vehicle was finished, I signed the ‘no-cost’ form and was on my way home. Cheers to the BMW Columbia Service department.
