I had a fantastic experience picking up my new to me BMW at BMW of Columbia. I live in the DC metro area so I had to get comfortable making an out of state purchase without first seeing the car. John "JD" Busby is very professional and courteous. My vehicle was handled with care. The facility is clean with the customer lounge stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. My technician kept me informed of my vehicle's progress and stayed within the time stated that my vehicle would be ready.

After a weekend of subpar experiences at multiple dealerships, I came across a great used Grand Cherokee at BMW of Columbia. I worked with Gary and he was incredibly pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked in. He patiently listened to every concern and question and made the decision to buy the car so much easier. The service team also did an outstanding job with the detail of the car and everything was in top condition, with fluids topped off, when I showed up to pick up the car. Would absolutely recommend!

AMAZING experience! Everyone there was great. I bought a used 2023 Mazda cx-30 from them. Even though it was not a BMW, I was still treated with amazing service. I had Ro as my sales person (pictured on the right). He answered all of my many many MANY questions and made the buying process easy. If you are looking to buy a car, BMW of Columbia with Ro as your sales peep is the way to go!

I love how when you arrive at service bays someone greats you immediately and guides you to a representative. I also love that during the service the mechanic provides a video of your auto to include underneath your vehicle. The mechanic will also make recommendations on any other service you may need to keep your vehicle running smooth and safe to drive. BMW makes me feel very important when I take my car in for any service work.

The night before Thanksgiving my BMW had issues. The BMW of columbia team got my car in the shop asap and I was able to make it home to my family by Friday. Amazing team!
I was able to walk in and get my car diagnosed and have the error codes reset. All done in less than an hour. Mr. Dickson and the Mechanic explained what had occurred and I was able to be on my way quickly. I was very fortunate to be able to have BMW of Columbia work on my vehicle. Thank you!
