I'm a little displeased with the service department. I had an issue with my 3rd row seat operating and took it in for service under original warranty.The computer was reset and it operated correctly for a few months before it started malfunctioning again. After several service trips, BMW has now started the seat frame is bent and two motors need to be repaired. ($6,700). BMW Corp is niow reviewing a claim I submitted. Needless to say I am not pleased and believe this should have been addressedon the first service visit!!!

Saint, the service agent was helpful, friendly and professional. We dropped off the vehicle and was able to get a loaner in a timely manner so that our schedules were not interrupted. On a scale from 1-10, he received a 10+ because he called and explained everything before moving forward to complete repairs that were not discused previously.
