But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received from Jason in the service department. I asked about a car wash, and not only did he make sure my car was washed, but he also went above and beyond by having it vacuumed and truly taking care of everything. I left feeling valued and genuinely taken care of, more than I have in other visits. Shoutout to Jason for the outstanding service!

I took my car in for oil change service last week. My car was there for five hours and they mistakenly serviced a different car instead of mine. Had to leave with my unserviced car. Was told I would get a call back, never did so I had to call twice to try to reschedule. I was told they would do a full service detail on my car to make up for the mistake. I dropped my car off this morning to be serviced again, they completed the service but did not do any of the detail work. Still had ...

Made an appt 3 weeks in advance for a service that was recommended at an earlier appointment. Showed up and parts for (known) service were not in stock. I had reserved a loaner car but this should have been an easy in/out in one day. Instead, it was a three day service. I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future as this is not the first (or third, fourth, fifth) snafu at this service center.

I would to offer an extra 'thank you' to Saint at BMW of Columbia (SC) in assisting me with a dilemma concerning wheel locks. He overheard my conversation with a customer support specialist, and personally offered to help resolve the emergency (nail puncture in run-flat) by physically taking the keys and took the vehicle to the shop - he swapped out the wheel locks with regular luggage nuts, and brought the vehicle around. He said there wasn't a need to wait 3-hours for a 15-minute emergency repair. He made my day. Saint, thank you! (Art P of Lexington SC)

The service team I interacted with, were friendly, patient and professional. The service technician video of the status of my vehicle was informative.

The service department is poorly managed. Phone lines are not answered. Service has not been performed correctly on the first visit several times. Follow up for corrections is poor. The people are friendly, but the department is understaffed to adequate service for luxury cars when the goal should be high-quality service.

Service advisor was 100% awesome, but my vehicle literally disappeared for over 30 minutes after it was done and ‘ready to go’. One of the lot workers had the vehicle, with no explanation. Happy with the service and price, but our 6-month old car going missing with no explanation was weird as heck.

I appreciate the fact that the different items that were scheduled to be completed during the visit were done rather promptly. Additionally, questions that I had regarding cost associated with the repairs were explained and additional information that I inquired regarding future service was also answered.

I got my car back in worse condition than before I took it to get it diagnosed and when I tried to inform the person that was handling my paperwork that the car is performing worse than it did before I took it to them, I was ignored and told that I should do the recommendations that was given because that's the reason the car is performing that way. Not to mention a couple of hoses were left off of my car when I received it back.
